About Me:
I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of post-qualification experience. I have extensive experience supporting people with complex psychological and physical health difficulties. Alongside my clinical work, I provide specialist supervision for EMDR therapists working towards accreditation.
I am an EMDR Consultant and offer private supervision to therapists who are developing their EMDR practice and preparing for EMDR Europe accreditation. My supervision focuses on strengthening clinical confidence, deepening understanding of the EMDR model, and supporting therapists to work safely and effectively with complex presentations.
A key area of my clinical expertise is working within physical health settings, particularly supporting people living with chronic pain and long-term health conditions. I am especially interested in the psychological impact of physical illness and how trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, can support recovery and improved quality of life.

EMDR Supervision for Therapists
I offer specialist EMDR supervision for therapists who are developing their EMDR practice and working towards EMDR Europe accreditation.
As an EMDR Consultant, I provide private supervision for EMDR therapists who want to deepen their skills, strengthen their confidence in using the model, and receive support with complex clinical presentations. My aim is to provide a collaborative and supportive supervision space where therapists can reflect on their work and continue developing as EMDR practitioners.

Supervision can be helpful at any stage of your EMDR journey, whether you are newly trained and beginning to integrate EMDR into your work, or you are working towards accreditation and would like structured support with the process.
Support with EMDR Accreditation
I provide supervision for therapists who are preparing their EMDR Europe accreditation applications. This can include support with:
- Developing confidence in applying the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model
- Working through the 8 phases of EMDR therapy with a range of client presentations
- Case consultation and formulation
- Working safely with complex trauma and dissociation
- Strengthening case conceptualisation using the EMDR model
- Preparing case material for accreditation submissions
My aim is to help therapists feel confident, grounded in the EMDR model, and well prepared for the accreditation process.
